Sunday Assembly - Remember

Join us November 12th when our theme will be "Remember". Ten days after Día de los Muertos in Mexico, and the day after Remembrance Day in the UK, we'll be talking about remembering.

Marcela Davison Avilés, cultural consultant for the new Pixar film "Coco", will be speaking about the Mexican tradition of the Day of the Dead.

Sunday Assembly co-founder Sanderson Jones will be visiting from London and guest-hosting.

We'll have a Mexican style Day of the Dead "ofrenda", feel free to bring pictures of those you'd like to remember to place on it. There will be songs, readings, and socializing. Come and help us inspire each other.

Sunday, November 12th, 11am (Drop in early to put something on the ofrenda, or just say hello.) 890 Church Street, Mountain View, California 94042 Doors open at 10:30am for coffee and donuts, and the event kicks off at 11:00am. Everyone is welcome. We provide child care, so bring the family.

Sunday Assembly is free of charge, but donations are gratefully accepted. Free parking is available in our onsite parking lot, and street parking is also free on Sundays.
